The illustration will include a full-colored, full-body character, flat color character + color palette + tiny details.

Free backgrounds will be up to my discretion. It would likely have either a transparent or simple background.

The character design will belong to you. However, the artwork produced does not. You will still have to purchase a commercial license if you want to use the artwork I produced commercially.

Alternatively, you may also commission another artist to produce another artwork to use the design commercially.

You may NOT claim the design as yours. I retain the right of attribution so you will still have to credit me every time you use/post the design.

If you want to resell the design as an adoptable, you have to buy the commercial license from me and the above conditions still apply. You are required to inform me if you resell the design so I can keep track of the owner. The buyer will also have to follow the conditions above.

Digital Only (base price multiplied by 2)

This license covers all commercial productions of the artwork as long as it is in digital form.

Examples: Commercial Game, Promotional Banner, Youtube, Twitch, e-book, etc

Digital & Physical (base price multiplied by 3)

This license covers all commercial digital and physical productions of the artwork.

Examples: Commercial games, physical merchandise, etc

The base price DOES NOT include character design service and rigging.

Estimated Time of Arrival: 1 months to 6 months.

The model will be precut, ready for rigging. You will receive a layered PSD file.

Free model showcase layout. The layout design will be under my discretion.

Prior to the start of the commission, you are required to sign an agreement with me to protect both parties if you are adding commercial license and/or custom character design from me. My terms may change in the future, but having an agreement is the best evidence that will protect both of us.

By commissioning, please be aware that you are only purchasing a license of the works and not full rights unless stated.

I reserve the right to cancel your request.

Do not ask me to draw in a different style. It is rude and I’m simply incapable of entertaining your request.

For Personal Use, a tiny signature will be added to the requested order. Do not remove the signature without explicit permission from me.

I may or may not modify your original reference to fit my style - especially for the color palette.

Please consider that my art is constantly developing and improving, so there might be slight differences between samples in my art profile and the final product you’ll receive.

To avoid any dissatisfaction, please ensure that you’re requesting my service because you think my works are suitable for your needs. Please do not ask for any unreasonable requests and please look at my “DOs and DON’Ts”.

You are responsible to give me clear references before I start working. You’ll be charged an extra fee if you suddenly change your request midway.

I do not allow any of my works used for AI image generation. This includes feeding to train the AI or anything of similarity.

As the artist, I hold the copyright of the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, for example:

Posting the artwork anywhere in order to promote my service including its progress while it is still in the production stage.

I am also allowed to profit from the artwork by offering the digital file on an e-commerce platform(s) or Patreon for learning purposes, with an exception if the client purchased the Commercial Use license or bought the copyright.

For works purchased with any commercial use license, I understand if you want me to hold on publishing the works. However, please note that I will only be on holding the posting for a maximum of 3 months after the delivery is free. Any period longer than that will be charged.

The above term only apply to an indie individual. If you're a corporate/company/agency, different terms may apply. Please consult me.

Depending on the license you've purchased, there are different usage rights you are allowed to. For details please refer below:

Regardless of the license, when you use the work, you are required to agree to the following:

Credit me. Linking to my website is appreciated but on social medias, you HAVE to mention my username to credit. Tagging me in a post is OKAY.

Deleting my watermark in related works is stritctly prohibited.

If you've requested a character design from me, my right as the artist are:

I retained the right of attribution. You will have to make sure to clearly credit the design is made by me.

I hold the copyright of the produced artwork. The client may not use the artwork beyond the scope of the license they've bought.

If you've requested a character design from me, your right as the client are:

You will own the copyright of the character design. The design and the character will belong to you.

Unless you've purchased the commercial usage license, you may not use the artwork produced by me for the design for commercial use.

You may request another artist to draw the character and use it commercially, even if you haven't bought the commercial license from me.

Unless it is the final work, draft/sketches drawn throughout the commission belong to the artist. Client only obtained rights to the final work when it has been fully paid.

Payment is only necessary when I'm ready to work on your order. I will not ask for payment before I'm ready.

All payments will be made through the Paypal invoice that I will send to you after confirming your request.

I require full payment before I start drawing. Partial payments may be discussed for a commercial project with large orders.

Payment is due on receipt after I send you the invoice. Failure to make a payment within 48 hours will cause me to cancel your order. If you’re unable to make payment at that time, please contact me before I send you an invoice.

After I send a sketch, you’re allowed to ask for revisions as long as it still adheres to your initial request that you’ve agreed before payment.

During the sketch stage, I will allow a max of 2 major revisions such as pose change, outfit modification, background, or anything that I have to redraw a part of the picture. After 2nd revision, I have a right to decline any changes or I will have to charge you an extra fee.

Once the artwork is finalized, I will not make any revisions except for minor changes, such as color adjustment or adding tiny details that might have been forgotten.

You are not allowed to request changes that don’t fit your initial requests without an extra fee.

The estimated time of arrival is written in the commission details. Please note that the time written in the details should be used for reference and subjective to change as each order is unique.

Once your order is finished, it will be delivered through email or any other method which has been agreed upon.

If you choose to pay with the payment plan, the delivery will be suspended until you've paid everything.

You are to confirm the delivery within 48 hours. Please use this time period to check the artwork. You may request for revision of small adjustments once.

After 48 hours, the order will be considered completed and any request for revision for small details will not be entertained.

To ensure the best possible result, within 5 days of delivery, adjustments needed due to mistakes on my part such as missing details will be corrected at no cost.

After delivery is completed, any request for revision will now be charged accordingly and it is only limited to small adjustments only.

It is no longer possible to request a major overhaul of the artwork such as pose change. You will have to request a new order.

Since I'm only asking for payment when I'm ready to work on your order, request to cancel the order and refund will not be entertained after payment is made.

However, if you are in serious financial trouble, it is possible to negotiate a refund with the below conditions:

20% of the total payment is non-refundable under any circumstances and is considered as slot reservation fee.

If I haven't started the order, excluding the slot reservation fee, the rest of the total payment may be refunded.

If I started the sketch, only 30% of the total payment may be refunded.

If I started lining or coloring, a refund is not possible.

In the same situation as above, refund policy for payment plan is as below:

20% of the total payment is non-refundable under any circumstances and is considered a slot reservation fee.

If I haven't started the order, excluding the slot reservation fee, the rest of the first payment may be refunded.

If I started the sketch, only 30% of the first payment may be refunded.

If I started lining or coloring, a refund is not possible.

If I don't give any update about the order for over 3 months, you are eligible for a refund. The amount refundable will be discussed.

If you did not respect my terms and violate them, I will have the right to revoke your rights to the work. No refunds will be given as a compensation for your violation.

When commissioning me, you agree to communicate with me first and foremost. You agree to not request a chargeback before a discussion is made.

However, in case of a chargeback, you will lose all rights to the commissioned artworks, regardless of the result of the case.

I retained the right to resell the artwork to someone else.

The refund policy shall be in consideration for the case of a chargeback.
